When I was 20 years old I started working in a law firm doing real estate related tasks and discovered that what I really loved was real estate. I decided to focus on real estate, training and working in other real estate companies, and after working for 9 years, I created my own company. Currently I manage legal matters and documentation, as well as the purchase/sale of real estate. I offer a complete and carefree service to my clients, their needs and expectations are my priority.

What taxes must be paid after selling the house? The taxes that are paid for selling a property are two; personal income tax and municipal capital gains.
