Hello! I'm Iris, I was born in Spain and returned to Belgium (to my mother's country) when I was 2 years old. I grew up in Belgium and visited my father in Spain several times a year, together with my older brother Samuel (my soulmate). Since my teenage years I always knew that I wanted to live in Spain one day, because of the people, the climate and the Mediterranean food. When I turned 20 I decided to take the step and came to Spain. A short time after I started working at a Law Firm in La Cala de Mijas. I soon found out that I really liked the job and wanted to learn more. The following years were mainly a lot of further training and learning and gaining a lot of experience in both managing Legal Documents and Real Estate. After almost 5 years I decided to focus more on Real Estate and took a job as an office coordinator. I spent 1 year learning the internal systems of Real Estate Agencies and managing buyers and sellers until I became an independent Real Estate Agent working with exclusive Agencies for the next 3 years. After working in the industry for almost 10 years, I decided to start my own company. I enjoy managing legal issues and documentation, as well as Real Estate sales. Then I decided to merge both and thus offer a complete and carefree service for my customers. 'For me it is important to know the needs and expectations of the customer and to always prioritize them. I love my job and I am always looking for challenges. What can normally be a very complex situation is an opportunity for me to overcome the situation and find the right solution. My personal goal is to exceed the expectations of my clients.”

What taxes must be paid after selling the house? The taxes that are paid for selling a property are two; personal income tax and municipal capital gains.
