Iris Estate is a young company, created at the end of 2022.

Its founder, Iris Corbacho Roggeman, began her professional career in this business in 2014, working on the legal part of home sales.

The first 3 years she focused on processing the documentation, learning about the different types of contracts, knowing the legal status of the homes and solving bureaucratic problems in this regard.

The following two years she combined this work with real estate brokerage, assisting those who wanted to buy or sell their property. This is where she found her passion;

'I realized that most people were not informed about very important things when buying or selling a home. And being able to inform and help in one of the most important decisions of their lives, doing what I like to do, seemed to me the best job in the world.'

Since then, she has gained experience as an office Coordinator, buyer's and seller's agent, and as a real estate advisor for Luxury Properties, thus becoming a Professional Advisor with great valuation and negotiation skills.

The company focuses on offering document management and processing services and real estate services. They serve people who want to buy, invest or sell homes, accompanied from the beginning to the end of the entire process.

'It has been and will always be a trajectory of training, learning and above all of professional and personal growth. I feel that this is my passion and I wake up happy knowing that I can continue doing this job.'
